Right of withdrawal and right of return

In fulfilment of the provisions of the Legislative Decree of 21 February 2014, no. 21 regarding the implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the customer can return the purchased product and shall receive a refund of the purchase sum actually paid. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 30 days after receipt of the goods, as follows:

Return and refund:

Please note that you must return each product in the same condition as you received it. This means that new must also be in new, unused and complete condition when returned (including all accessories). Used or open products can no longer be returned. If a returned product is not in this condition, the refunded amount may be reduced or refused.

A return of the goods is not possible if:

  • Goods that are not suitable for return on account of health & safety or for hygiene reasons, and from which the seal has been removed after delivery, or that have, by virtue of their nature, been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • Goods that have been made to customer specification or uniquely tailored to the customer's personal requirements. 
  • Goods that may perish quickly or may quickly pass their expiration date

How refunds are processed

Refunds are generally processed using the means of payment used when placing the order. In certain cases, you will be offered an "Instant Voucher" or an "Instant Credit Note". The refund for the ordered goods will be issued following the return of the goods and their inspection. The shipping and return costs are excluded from the refund.
