Coffee Christmas cookies


  • Liquid Mamis Caffè Espresso Crema: 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Mamis Caffè Espresso Crema: 2 teaspoons
  • Flour 00: 250 g
  • Cane sugar: 100 g
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Vanillin: 1 packet
  • Baking powder: a pinch


In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, vanillin, baking powder and the ground espresso crema from Mamis Caffè. Now add the coffee and butter and knead the dough with your hands until it becomes firm. Roll out the dough and use cutters to give your cookies the desired Christmas shape. Place the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180°. Now take your Christmas cookies out of the oven and let them cool down before you enjoy them with your loved ones!
